Itinerary

Day 1

Our driver can pick you up from your hotel or Riad at 7:00 am for a lovely Sahara trip to the mountains of the Middle Atlas. Your first destination will be Ifrane, a picturesque French city built in the 1930s and recognized by the elegance of its mountain chalet as the Switzerland of Morocco. Next, in the local dialect of the Berbers you will cross a big cedar wood around the pretty and peaceful Berber city of Azrou, « The Hill, » and enjoy lunch at the center of their natural surroundings, the famous Barbary Apes.
You will reach the huge, edge Saharan city of Rissani, and you will be surprised, as you move through the Atlas Mountains which are said to be carrying heaven, by astonishingly sudden appearance of the dunes of Erg Chebbi. The dunes are high, up to 50 m above sea level.
During Overnight desert tour of Merzouga you will go through the magnificent sand and go to a typical Berber desert town in a lovely tent surrounded by mountain dunes. During the night you will take a camel trip through the incredibly slippery sand. Have a soothing dinner when listening to common Berber music and therapies, so you can almost keep it. Between so many luminous and wise planets.

Day 2

At first, while you are up to see the dunes from the sun before you have tea, you are going to ride your camel back to the hotel, and notice the change in darkness, lengthening and shrinking of the dunes with daylight. Throughout the 300 meters, deep Todgha Gorges, across the easternmost point, the high atlas, the road to Marrakesh starts after breakfast, allowing you to stroll around the lovely village of Tinghir.
The gorges of Tinghir and Todgha in Morocco have been the largest and most spectacular. You’ll proceed to the wondrously restored Taourirt Fortification or Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, that you can discover Moroccan architecture in a very traditional way. The High Atlas travels forward on a 2.260 meters high winds and short paths along the Tizi n’Tichka Road. The tour ends in Marrakech and takes you to the hotel or Airport.
